At CoreTrade Staffing, we are committed to delivering dependable, qualified professionals and standing behind the placements we make. To provide our clients with added confidence, all direct hire placements are backed by our 45-Day Replacement Guarantee.

Replacement Policy

If a candidate placed by CoreTrade Staffing voluntarily leaves employment or is terminated for performance-related reasons within the first 45 calendar days of their start date, we will conduct a replacement search for the same position at no additional placement fee.

Our team will promptly begin sourcing and presenting qualified candidates to help minimize disruption to your operations and keep your business moving forward.

Replacement Terms

  • The replacement guarantee is valid for 45 calendar days from the candidate’s official start date

  • The guarantee applies to the same role, job requirements, and work location

  • The original placement fee of $6,500 must be paid in full

  • The employer must notify CoreTrade Staffing within the 45-day period if the placement ends

  • The guarantee covers one replacement search per original placement
